I bought this product while it was on sale and looking for Christmas gifts. I ended up buying another one for a family member after trying it out and liking it so much. I saw in the reviews that some people say it doesn’t fit snug to your face, which I noticed too but I found a solution. The photo I’ve attached hopefully shows that I adjusted the device to sit at an angle on my head. I didn’t put the band directly level with my ears, but angled it up so it rests more towards the crown of my head. I’ve found that this makes the massager portion of the device able to reach closer to my nose while still reaching my temples as well.That aside ill list the pros and cons of the device:Pros:Feels amazing on temples and eyes, almost like hands, which I was not expecting for essentially a bag inflating and deflating around your head. It imitates something that a masseuse would do. Targeting multiple areas and going a long or short time on some areas, or multiple areas at once…good technology.It lasts about 15-20 minutes then automatically shuts off.You can choose heat, vibration and music all at once or have any combination of the 3.Vibration adds another level to this massage. If you fit the device snug to your head you will feel the vibration around the crown of your head, which in my opinion contributes a great deal of pleasure in addition to the ‘rubbing’ sensation.If you’re into asmr, you can pair your phone to the massager and listen to that while being massaged. It takes asmr tingles to another level.Cons:It is heavy on your head and takes some adjusting pretty much everytime you put it on. I prefer to lay down when I have it on as it will usually slip down a little if im sitting up. The way the eye pads inflate makes it so the whole device will shift a little bit on your head…so even while you’re being massaged you may have to adjust sometimes more.It can feel like slightly too much pressure at certain times…especially when it’s on top of your eyeballs.I so wish they made this thing with a way to still be able to see. I enjoy watching something while I’m relaxing and with this im forced to look at nothing but darkness. I suppose at least having audio makes it less ‘boring’, but if you’re able to tolerate looking at nothing but the back of your eyelids this shouldn’t be a problem.This is a strange one but as someone that suffers with ptsd, having a loud, heated, mechanic device that prevents vision strapped on your head can bring on a slight feeling of anxiety or claustrophobia.It’s a little loud, with the motor sound and the crinkling of the inflatable bags.The music that automatically plays is like generic spa music, but you can either turn it off or use Bluetooth to replace that sound.You have to press the power button a bunch of times to cycle through all the options. I gave up on doing that everytime and just let it do its thing.All in all, the pros out way the cons to me. Even though its not perfect it comes close to a real massage, and for what it is I can’t ask for much more. I was pleasantly suprised, its not just a gimmick.

But when I purchased this, I saw the word Bluetooth and thought I could control everything with the Renpho app. The Bluetooth on this model only works for controlling the music I play through it. My mistake. I returned it and purchased the Eye Smart model with app control, which is what I wanted in the first place. The two times that I used this model were very very nice. Wish you could go longer than 15 minutes. But they recommend only that long for a reason I guess. Again, remember, if you want the model with app control do not buy the “Eyeris 1“ or “Eyeris 2“. The Bluetooth only covers music. If you don’t care if you can control the massager with Bluetooth, you can probably save about $40 by getting the one or the two and I think there’s even a three now.

11/22/23 I AM EDITING MY ORIGINAL REVIEW AS SEEN BELOW.My Update : I was pleasantly surprised and impressed !…. in less than 24 hours from my original review I received an email from a representative of Renpho, they explained a simple, easy step to silence the music and narration, and encouraged me to contact them directly if I had any other issues. ABOVE & BEYOND What has become ‘the norm’ of so many products made in China. 👍👍👍👍👍Are there simpler models that do not have Bluetooth in music options? ???I really appreciate the benefits I’ve gotten from only a week of use and I would definitely recommend this product even though most of my review may sound negative….The controls are very sensitive and it can often be tedious to have to wait through all the other possibilities if all you want is heat or heat and massage.Working through the mood options is tedious and difficult for some seniors, as well as anyone with hand neuropathy. Accidentally brushing anywhere near the controls, will change the mode..Perhaps this is why some models now offer a remote control however, some people will see this is just one more item to be misplaced….Overall, 👍 this is a BENEFICIAL PRODUCT

My husband saw this on sale Cyber Monday. Arrived the next day. I wasn’t sure about it when he told me but I am pleasantly surprised. I work on a computer all day in the evenings I tend to have headaches in my eyes. I have tried this one night and it seems to be a great device. Fits comfortably. I did have to adjust it around at first until I found the best position for my eyes. When I first put it on I was feeling pressure on my eyelids, as I mentioned I needed to adjust the fit. I would recommend.

I ordered this for myself because I have frequent migraines and also have a major problem with sleep. I have only used this product a couple of times so far, but I am very impressed. It is comfortable and soothing with or without the heat setting. My rest at night seems to improve after use as well. My husband also tried it out and he said it was very relaxing for him as well. I am very happy with the product and glad that I ordered it.
