  1. I am SO impressed with these little pumps. I’ve oumped through three different children and have a lot of experience with different pumps. This is better than the willow. The willow has all the high tech features (tracking ounces, leak of pumping, etc) but is a hassle to use. If you don’t have everything set up perfectly, it won’t work. And sometimes it’s hard to figure out what the blem is. FlexiMom is a very simple straightforward pump making it 100x easier to use. Here are all the s:1- Clear plastic makes aligning the nipple a breeze. I’ve had serious nipple injuries from accidentally not being perly aligned with the willow. But the design of the FlexiMom allows you to SEE if your nipple is aligned perly. HUGE game changer.2- Great suction. These drain all my milk without a blem. I love the different suction settings, I leave it on stimulus for a few minutes to ease into the suction power so it’s not so uncomfortable in the beginning. The willow hurts so bad, it doesn’t have a low enough setting to start gentle.3- Volume. These hold so much milk. If you exclusively pump with the willow or Elvie you have to dump, wash, and reset half way through. Yes wash because if the willow isn’t washed and dried at the suction port, it will not work. Its insanely annoying.4- Minimal parts and small pumps. The pumps themselves are so small, it makes storage easy. They are also lighter weight then the willow so I don’t have to have such a heavy duty bra to hold them in place. My night nursing bra holds them just fine. And you don’t have to fumble with a million small parts.5- Easy to wash. Like SO easy. Which is a game changer when your using this multiple times a day. With three kids I have multiple demands in my time at any given point in the day. The ease of washing these as well as assembly makes pumping much easier.6- Great battery life7- Price! A fraction of the price of others. You don’t get all the tech and the apps but with high tech comes tech malfunctions. These never have a blem. So straightforward and easy to use. You don’t need the tech, especially for the extra couple hundred it costs.8- Just stop reading and go buy these already! I can’t rave about them enough. They have caused me to pump more consistently, more often, and longer term.

  2. I got this pump because I was going back to work and needed something more discreet. I also like to pump on one breast while my baby nurses from the other and was getting tired of her legs kicking the flange/bottles and getting twisted up on the tubing. I didn’t want to spend $300+ on the willow and Elvie so I ordered this one because of the reviews and it really is as good as everyone says. I ordered a 19mm insert for it as well because the flange that comes with it is way too big for me (24mm). I think this thing gets a lot more milk out than my motif Luna pump. The suction is strong and has 3 modes which I liked since my Luna pump only has 2. It also isn’t painful and it’s pretty quiet. I recently had to travel for work and couldn’t bring my baby with me so I had to pump the entire time. This made that so easy for me because I was able to pump in the car! It’s not 100% discreet since the motor juts out of your bra on top and the collection cup is pretty large, but I don’t really mind that much and people don’t really seem to notice depending on what you wear (I would not wear it around people at work). The battery life lasts me a few uses, but if I let it run the entire 30 mins (it has an automatic shut off after 30 mins) then I usually have to recharge it after 3-4 full sessions. The only thing I don’t like about this is that it’s annoying to clean because there are 6 parts to clean including my flange sizing insert. Overall, I like it for the price and it does a really good job. I just wish it was less noticeable for if I wear it out in public and easier to clean!

  3. This was a game changer for me. I gave birth to twins with the goal to breastfeed, but 4 weeks postpartum and it just wasn’t going how I imagined it. Turns out it’s near impossible to tandem feed two infants by yourself, and feeding both at different times was difficult and very time consuming. Forget about it if they both started screaming at the same time. I have a breast pump that plugs into the wall, but I was finding it difficult to take those 30 minutes to sit down and do it. There just wasn’t time with feeding two infants, myself, and keeping up on the laundry! This led to a sporadic pumping schedule and missed pumping sessions, which tanked a supply that wasn’t exactly plentiful to begin with.I decided to try out this pump because I didn’t want the $300-$500 models since I already had one (don’t forget to check with your insurance about a free breast pump!!!). So far, it’s been amazing. The wearable pump allows me to cook meals (turns out you need to eat a lot of calories to keep up your supply), do some chores that don’t require too much bending, and simply do things that I want to do that can’t be done when I’m plugged into a wall. My pumping schedule isn’t exactly perfect now, but I at least get in most if not all of my pumping sessions. The pump also seems to get about as much milk as my “big” pump, which I read many wearable pumps don’t because they just don’t have the power.I have continued using my “big” pump at night and for the first morning pump because I tend to duce the most milk then, and I read they are more efficient at emptying the breast than wearables, but I use the wearable pretty much all day unless I know for sure I have an uninterrupted 30 minutes to pump. It would bably work as a primary pump if you’re naturally an overducer, but for someone like me who is still trying to build supply to feed two infants or create a stash, you’ll likely need a second plug-into-the-wall type pump for your primary. Some cons about the pump are that there are a lot of parts to clean. It’s pretty simple to put together, but I feel like it takes up most of the counter when it’s laid out to dry! It’s also kind of noisy. You can definitely hear it even with the TV on a moderate volume. It’s also somewhat bulky, so unless it’s winter and you can get away with wearing sweaters, it’s noticeable. But, if you needed to pump while making a trip to the grocery store, you could certainly do it. People might just wonder why you sound like a robot and have funny shaped breasts.Additionally, though you can certainly move around, you can’t really do anything where you would need to bend over at the waist. You need to remain mostly upright so the milk doesn’t spill or the pump doesn’t move around on your breast too much. You would need to bend at the knees to keep your torso upright. Each separate pump also has one charging cord, so you have to use two plug ins to charge it. Not a big deal for me, but if you’re short on power outlets with all the other baby stuff that requires electricity, might be inconvenient enough to make it just not worth it.The pump only comes with one flange size. You would need to purchase a separate flange if your nipple is not a 24. The pump comes with a little sizer, but then you would have to wait for the flange to be delivered after getting the correct size. Luckily, my nipples were measured at the hospital after giving birth, so I was able to order the correct flange size right away. They’re inexpensive on Amazon.Anyways, this pump has been great for me. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable secondary pump so you’re not tied to a wall for hours every day or find yourself struggling to get in your pumping sessions.

  4. Hi!!!I purchased the FlexiMom here but never received do to shipping error, very rare this happens. I now have 2 FlexiMom that were gifted to me from a local Breastfeeding support group.Love my FlexiMom. I do intervals of 10 min for 30 min. This is not a go to pump to drain you but a great secondary.I have on the stimulation (heart) setting at 3. I run that 4 minutes and then expression mode at 7 or 8(water drop)for the rest of the 6 min. Repeat at 10 min.Stim 4-express til 10- stim14-express til 20, stim til 24, express til 30.Your expression mode needs to be higher then your stimulation. So play with settings. You maybe a 1 stim and 5 expression or a 4 stim 9 expression. Etc.Also, don’t bend too much, you will leak. Also, also, haha….ppl will say they leak all the time. I literally have never leaked except when I gave my son a bath from bending, and then when I reclined back in bed.If leaks on the bottom, it’s because your silicone isn’t fully snapped. It’s a double strip seal to secure seal so listen for it snap. I never leaked from the seal. I feel people who leak from seal is operator error.I prefer the double seal flange that comes with it (mine came with a double seal flange) bc it suctions to you (not talking bc of vacuum power) but I have both flanges, single and double. I don’t see a difference in output, but with this said, it comes with a 24mm flange and I bought 19mm flange inserts, this did make a difference. Measure with the chart that came in your box.I just use a normal nursing bra set that I bought on Amazon.

  5. Love the FleixMom! This pump is awesome! It is not obnoxiously loud but I do appreciate the slightly lower noise level on the . In the video I have it on stimulation mode in the beginning, I then switched to mixed mode and then finally expression mode all modes were on level 4. Hopefully, that helps you gage the sound for yourself. You have to switch the modes yourself but I like the flexibility that offers to switch based on your letdown. I also like the mixed mode that automatically alternates between stimulation and expression every few pumps, this helps with my letdown on times when my supply is a little lower. The suction on these pumps is comparable to what I get with my traditional pump with tubing. They also have a nice capacity of 6 ounces which is great. The battery life is also amazing! In the pictures I show what the pump looks like under my shirt from the front and side. I also show a picture with one pump on my breast and the other without the pump. They are noticeable but if I were to wear a thicker top or sweater you wouldn’t be able to tell. Huge fan of this pump!
