I selected this product because the ad said to contact them if the faucet extender did not fit. I was unsure about the size and thread if the extender would fit. I received the extenders and they did not fit. I sent the supplier a message and they responded within a day. They asked me to take a picture with a tape measure so they could get the right adapter to send to me free of charge. I took the picture and sent if back to them and again they responded immediately and told me the size of adapter I needed. Adapters received, the right size but threads were incorrect. My faucets were for garden hose connection. Contacted the supplier and told them the adapters did not work. They told me they do not have an adapter for my faucet but they ask me if the threads on my faucet were removable, so I checked and sure enough they were. I removed them and took another picture and send it back to them and they told me the size I needed. Since they had already send one set of adapters to me they said they would send me the correct adapters but needed to charge me $10 for shipping which I thought was reasonable. I received the new adapters and they first great. I can’t say enough good things about there support and very fast response times. Now the faucets work great and am very happy.

I was dumb and didn’t measure to see if this product would fit, I was just hoping for the best… Thankfully, it fit great, and once I figured out how to take the old piece off, it went on super easily. The instructions say to let them know if it doesn’t fit though so they can send you the correct size. I didn’t have the tools to take it off, but what worked for me was one of those grippy mats you use to get open jars. I can’t speak to how affective the filters are, but It comes with several, which I appreciate. The water pressure works great. I like that you can change to different sprays. I put it together in maybe 5 minutes once I got my old piece off. I’m excited. ❤️

Our bathroom counter and sinks are built such as when you lean over to wash your face water runs all down your arms and makes puddles on both sides of the sink. It’s so irritating I told my husband we need new raised sinks and new faucets! After pricing those out, of course it would cost hundreds of dollars for what I wanted! Then I saw this! And am I glad I did! I could go on and on about it but I will just say that my face washing problems are solved. This add-on moves in several different directions and you can even rinse your mouth out after brushing your teeth instead of keeping a cup around. Problem solved for a lot less money!!!

We love our new faucet spout! We put ours on the kitchen sink to give us more leverage for cleaning out the sink and provide better angles for filling up bottles/watering can/ and when dishes become a drag for a moment but we still want access to water. It took us about a week, but we discovered that if you twist the spout, it changes from a multi-sprayer setting to a steady stream! We did not expect that but now we love it even more! And the company is very communicative so if you don’t have a standard faucet they will send you the size you need!We have been using it for a couple of months and it is the best purchase we have made. Makes life so much easier, and we don’t hate doing dishes anymore from lack of space to fit under the faucet.We had a bulky water filter on there before and it was frustrating to work around. It is great that this is so compact and sleek, and has a filter!
